Strong telescopic column with an optimal stroke / retracted length ratio for the lift of heavy eccentric loads. The TMS is fast, quiet and able to lift 400 kg centric load or 150 kg eccentric load in 2m distance away from the pillar. Available in 2 Versions: Drive with two DC voltage motors or as an open system to integrate in existing drive systems.
How does it work?
The TMS lifting columns consist of 3 telescopic aluminium profiles which are mounted on 2 circulating ball rollers. The drives work on push load.
Two versions are available:
TMS10 EASY uses as drives two DC voltage motors with worm gears which have a rotation motion through a spindle nut system which is converted to a linear motion. The linear drive is self-locking in each position. As end position limit 2 safety limit-switches are used.
TMS00 MECHANICAL has no drive motor installed in order to offer the most open system possible. As a result optimal adaptation to existing drive systems and control units is ensured. Via a double worm gear 2 spindles are run in order to implement the lift motion. The spindle systems are self-locking, which offers a high level of security in the case of motor failure.
The drives are maintenance-free with compliance with the Technical Instructions for the specified lifetime of 10 years or 16,000 m running distance. This control unit allows the connection of up to 10 MINGARDI actuators for smoke and fire detection, signaling and many other options. The battery powered backup system ensures uninterrupted operation during power outages. The VIF control unit is another way to operate Magnetic DC actuators and telescopic columns. A variety of comfort control systems such as an infrared handset for home applications are available (i.e. luxury beds, adjustable tables, etc.).
The MCU control unit is designed to operate battery powered DC actuators. It can be used to operate Matrix, Ecomag and Maglift actuators as well as Telemag lifting columns. The basic version of the Mobilette control unit is equipped with an exchangeable battery pack, a hand or footswitch and plug-in connections for one or two actuators. The SEM control unit is designed to operate the Ecomag linear drives. It is possible to connect up to 4 actuators and options such as Mains disconnection and emergency lowering are also available. The KOM control units are designed for DC linear drives such as Matrix, Ecomag and telescopic columns such as Telemag. A large variety of KOM control units allow the connection of up to 5 actuators or several external options (i.e. limit switches etc.). Simple relay controls as well as microprocessor equipped units with parallel and memory function are available.
