The power supply and control for the two DC voltage motors of TMS10 EASY occurs through a Magnetic KOM6 control unit and control elements developed especially for it. The drive is protected by this control unit from overload.
The TMS has mainly been designed for diagnostic imaging tables in the medical field such as Computer Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Nuclear Imaging and X-Ray. Based on its performance the TMS is also suitable for specific applications in the industrial field. The Telemag line of telescopic lifting columns features the best combination of minimum retracted height and large stroke length. This cost effective telescopic lifting column offers an attractive design for height adjustable desks, tables, chairs and lightweight medical equipment. With the new TMA and TMD lifting columns, Magnetic is setting new standards in table height adjustment. Due to its slim design, TMA and TMD are the perfect solution for almost every table range. A very powerful telescopic pillar for diagnostic imaging tables such as Computer Tomography, Magnetic Resonance, Nuclear and X-Ray. The TMS is fast, quiet and able to lift 400 kg centric load or 150 kg excentric load in 2m distance away from the pillar. How does it work?
The TMS lifting columns consist of 3 telescopic aluminium profiles which are mounted on 2 circulating ball rollers. The drives work on push load.
Two versions are available:
TMS10 EASY uses as drives two DC voltage motors with worm gears which have a rotation motion through a spindle nut system which is converted to a linear motion. The linear drive is self-locking in each position. As end position limit 2 safety limit-switches are used.
TMS00 MECHANICAL has no drive motor installed in order to offer the most open system possible. As a result optimal adaptation to existing drive systems and control units is ensured. Via a double worm gear 2 spindles are run in order to implement the lift motion. The spindle systems are self-locking, which offers a high level of security in the case of motor failure.
The drives are maintenance-free with compliance with the Technical Instructions for the specified lifetime of 10 years or 16,000 m running distance. Strong telescopic column with an optimal stroke / retracted length ratio for the lift of heavy excentric loads. The TMS is fast, quiet and able to lift 400 kg centric load or 150 kg excentric load in 2m distance away from the pillar. Available in 2 Versions: Drive with two DC voltage motors or as an open system to integrate in existing drive systems. Control Unit
